Role:
The primary role of a Sales Executive is to generate sales, acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through calls, online enquiries, references, and market visits.
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Prepare and share quotations and negotiate prices within company guidelines.
Follow up regularly with leads and quotations to convert them into orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding amounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries professionally.
