Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property site visits, building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth transaction processing.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
