We are looking for a Doctor’s Connect Executive to join our team at Healthmug pvt. ltd.. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctor Onboarding:
o Make outbound calls to doctors to introduce them to the Health mug platform.
o Explain the features and benefits of the platform and guide doctors through the
registration process.
o Ensure successful onboarding by addressing any queries or concerns the doctors may
have.
2. Sales and Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors.
o Promote relevant products and services to doctors to encourage sales.
o Regularly follow up with onboarded doctors to ensure engagement with the
plaƞorm.
o Meet sales targets by actively pitching products and services.
3. Customer Support:
o Provide ongoing support to doctors using the platform.
o Address any technical or service-related queries they might have, ensuring high
satisfaction.
4. Reporting and Feedback:
o Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and sales activities.
o Provide regular updates to the management team on performance, doctor
engagement, and feedback received.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in MS Excel, Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills, Lead Generation, Active listening, Technology knowledge, Persistence, Product knowledge, Collaboration is an added advantage.
