Sales Executive

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, online platforms, and networking.

2. Customer Acquisition: Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into clients.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

4. Product and Service Promotion: Explain company products or services, their features, benefits, pricing, and value to prospective customers.

5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Sales Meetings and Presentations: Arrange client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.

7. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding quotations, proposals, orders, and pending payments.

8. Market Research: Research market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

9. Sales Documentation: Prepare quotations, sales orders, proposals, invoices, and other relevant sales documents as required.

10. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions in the CRM or company reporting system.

11. Coordination with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the operations, finance, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

12. Customer Complaint Handling: Address customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

13. Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collection as per company policy.

14. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to existing customers and increase revenue.

15. Business Development: Explore new markets, industries, and customer segments to expand the company's customer base.
