Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and stay ahead of real estate trends and regulatory changes.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive repeat business.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end client engagement.
Own Transport Requirement: Must have and be willing to use personal vehicle for client visits, property tours, and team coordination, ensuring timely and flexible mobility.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales management or a closely related sales leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Core Competencies:
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
Legal Compliance: Familiarity with real estate regulations and ethical sales practices.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable operating and maintaining a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
