About the Role

We are looking for two driven Sales Executives to join our Business Development team. Your job is straightforward: identify brands that need our services, pitch them confidently, and convert them into clients. You will work directly with the founders and be involved in the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

What You Will Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries including FMCG, Lifestyle, Real Estate, Skincare, Electronics, and more

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, networking, and referrals

• Pitch Carvaan Entertainment's services to brand managers, marketing heads, and business owners

• Follow up consistently with warm leads and move them through the pipeline

• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and pricing

• Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets

• Maintain a clean record of leads and follow-ups on CRM

What We Are Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Confident, self-driven, and comfortable with rejection

• Basic understanding of the influencer marketing or entertainment industry is a plus

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets

• Graduate in any field (Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business preferred)
