Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound sales calls to potential customers

• Pitch products/services and achieve sales targets

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Work closely with the team to improve conversion rates and meet KPIs

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound/inbound calling or BPO sales

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Strong sales mindset and target-driven approach

• Ability to handle rejection and objections confidently

• Good time management and organizational skills
