Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels

  • Present, promote, and sell the company’s product/project to potential clients

  • Understand client requirements and demonstrate how our solution meets their needs

  • Conduct product demos/presentations (online or in-person)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively

  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client success

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM/tools


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to understand technical/product concepts quickly

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)

  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling SaaS / digital products / services / tech projects

  • Experience handling B2B sales 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
