Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales professional to manage property sales, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to close deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and/or commercial real estate

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms

  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business

  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activity

  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction closure

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • 0-5 yrs experience in real estate/sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

  • Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in residential/commercial property sales

  • Fresher can also apply

  • Existing network of clients or channel partners

  • Real estate certification or license (if applicable)
