Job Description:

Brick Yard Realty is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives for handling client interactions, site visits, and property sales closures. Candidates should be passionate about sales and willing to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and handle leads through calls, references, and digital platforms
Attend walk-in clients and understand their requirements
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings
Handle client negotiations and objections
Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
2–3 Years Proven experience in real estate / direct sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of Pune real estate market preferred
Own vehicle (bike) required for client visits and site travel
