We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Interior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring excellent customer service in the field of interior design and turnkey solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and retail interior projects.
Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate interior solutions in coordination with the design and execution team.
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and provide timely updates to management.
Coordinate with the design and project team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain proper documentation of sales leads, client interactions, and project status.
Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
Proven experience in interior sales, real estate, furniture, or modular kitchens preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and interior layouts is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (Interior design background is a plus).
