Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services such as website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and custom softwareHandle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about company servicesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-upsSchedule meetings and demos for the sales teamMaintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up statusUnderstand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the teamAchieve daily and monthly calling and lead targetsRequired Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and basic EnglishPrior experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer support executive (IT background preferred)Basic knowledge of IT services such as websites, apps, SEO, and digital marketingGood convincing and negotiation skillsAbility to handle rejection and work with targetsBasic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp)Experience & Education0–4 years of experience in telecalling / telesalesGraduate or undergraduate (any stream)Job DetailsLocation: Office / Remote (as applicable)Working Days: 6 days a weekSalary: As per experience + incentives
