
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services such as website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and custom software
Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about company services
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the team
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer support executive (IT background preferred)
Basic knowledge of IT services such as websites, apps, SEO, and digital marketing
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
0–4 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
Graduate or undergraduate (any stream)
Location: Office / Remote (as applicable)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: As per experience + incentives
