Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our Payday Loan / Short-Term Credit products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in financial products, and the ability to educate customers on fast, digital lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and customer acquisition for Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan products
Educate customers on loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms
Assist customers with onboarding, KYC, and loan application processes
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan disbursement
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI / regulatory guidelines, and ethical lending practices
Maintain accurate sales records and MIS reports
Proven experience in sales of financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, NBFC, Fintech)
Understanding of digital lending platforms and fintech ecosystems
Basic knowledge of KYC, underwriting, and loan lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling Payday Loans, Personal Loans, or Microfinance products
Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile lending apps
