We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to assist tenants in finding rental flats based on their requirements. The role involves building strong relationships with tenants, understanding their needs, coordinating over calls, and scheduling property visits with the ground sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective tenants to understand their rental needs.

Maintain regular communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Coordinate and align property visits with the on-ground sales team.

Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Follow up on visit outcomes and support in closure of deals.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage schedules.

Customer-first attitude with strong follow-up habits.

Prior experience in real estate or telesales is a plus.
