Furniture Sales Executive

BinSha Furniture is hiring an experienced Furniture Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate sales professional who can handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and showroom visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Prepare quotations and explain product features, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain customer records, quotations, and daily sales reports.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience: 2–6+ years in Furniture Sales, Interior Products, Office Furniture, Modular Furniture, Plywood, Hardware, Building Materials, Retail Sales or B2B Sales.
Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
Experience in quotation preparation and sales closing.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and Computer.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 per month based on sales performance.
Top performers can earn ₹30,000–₹33,000+ per month.
