Outbound Sales Process – Personal Loans & Credit Cards

🔹 Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals for our Outbound Sales Team at Bharat Finance.
Your role will involve connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering them the best Personal Loan and Credit Card solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain product features and benefits clearly.
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with interested customers for conversions.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Confidence, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset.
Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
Prior experience in sales/telecalling/finance domain will be an added advantage.
