Job Summary:

Radha Jewellery is hiring Sales & Billing Executives (Male) to support our customer service and billing operations. The role involves assisting customers with jewellery purchases, handling billing, and ensuring a smooth and professional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers with jewellery selection.

• Provide product details, weight, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Generate accurate bills using billing software.

• Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions carefully.

• Maintain sales reports and update daily records.

• Ensure counters are well-maintained and jewellery is properly displayed.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (Tamil essential, English preferred).

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge.

• Accuracy in handling cash and preparing bills.

• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.

Eligibility:

• Only Male candidates.

• Freshers or experienced candidates in jewellery/retail sales can apply.
