Job Description: Sales Calling Executive – Female Candidates (In-Office)

About Us: Bhandara App is Delhi NCR's leading platform connecting people with community food and bhandara events. We're building a strong network of vendors, societies, and customers, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Calling Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and customers to promote Bhandara app's services
Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers to drive conversions and retention
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
Conduct feedback calls to understand customer experience and satisfaction
Clearly explain our services and products to prospective clients
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving concerns effectively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and customer data

Required Skills
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident and persuasive telephone manner
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, or similar data entry systems)
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls
Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
Positive, customer-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications
Female candidates preferred
1 year experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service preferred
Graduate or currently pursuing a degree
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
