Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage showroom sales and assist customers visiting our showroom. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and helping them choose the right marble or stone products.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and prior showroom sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable marble, granite, or other stone products

• Show product samples and explain their features and applications

• Handle existing customers and maintain strong relationships with them

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, and order processing

• Follow up with customers for inquiries and sales closure

• Maintain proper showroom display and product presentation

• Provide professional guidance to customers to help them make the right purchase decision

Requirements

• 6 months to 6+ years of experience in showroom sales or retail sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in handling walk-in customers

• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions

• Good learning ability and product understanding

• Customer-focused and professional attitude

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with showroom sales experience are preferred

• Experience in marble, granite, tiles, building materials, furniture, interiors, sanitaryware, or luxury retail will be an added advantage

• Candidates from any showroom or retail sales background can apply

• Prior marble industry experience is not mandatory; complete product training will be provided
