Sales Executive

A Sales Executive's role is to drive revenue by finding new clients, nurturing relationships, demonstrating products, negotiating deals, and consistently hitting sales targets, involving lead generation, market research, presentations, contract finalization, CRM management, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find new business via cold calls, networking, referrals, and social media.

• Client Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.

• Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate products/services, explaining benefits and tailoring solutions

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet sales quotas.

• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle using CRM software, updating records, and tracking progress.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

• Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and review performance against targets.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and support teams for seamless customer experience.

• Event Participation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to boost brand visibility.

• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure client retention and satisfaction. 

Core Duties:

• Generate new business opportunities.

• Arrange and conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual).

• Prepare and send quotes and proposals.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Maintain and grow existing client accounts.

• Achieve set monthly/annual sales targets.
