Job Description

Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the CRM, marketing, and sales teams for lead management.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
