Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Footwear)

Location: Srinagar Airport
Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years

Job Summary

We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for our footwear store at Srinagar Airport. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in footwear retail brands and be passionate about sales and customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing footwear products
Provide accurate product information and suggest suitable options
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in footwear retail (mandatory)
Experience with brands like Bata, Nike, or similar footwear brands preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems
Presentable and energetic personality
Willing to work in rotational shifts (airport retail environment)
