Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting and Selling:

  Presenting pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to drive sales and achieve targets. 

• Relationship Building:

  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and encourage product adoption. 

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Staying up-to-date on product information, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate with clients. 

• Market Analysis:

  Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor competitive activity. 

• Reporting:

  Preparing and submitting regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. 

• Client Interaction:

  Providing product information, answering client inquiries, and addressing concerns related to the products. 

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. 

• Training & Development:

  Participating in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance their knowledge and skills. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and industry regulations in all sales activities. 

Qualifications:

• Education:

  A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is typically required. 

• Experience:

  Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role is highly valued. 

• Skills:

  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and closing deals. 

• Knowledge:

  A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, products, and market dynamics is crucial. 

• Attributes:

  Self-motivation, results-driven approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important for success. 

• Travel:

  A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory may be required.
