Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) products to prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer financial requirements, explaining suitable loan/OD options, generating leads, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for Personal Loans and Overdraft facilities.

• Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable products based on eligibility.

• Explain loan/OD features, interest rates, repayment terms, eligibility criteria, fees, and applicable charges accurately.

• Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the application process.

• Coordinate with customers for required documents and information.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and achieve sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Ensure customer information and lead status are updated accurately in the CRM/system.

• Coordinate with the credit/operations team for application processing and disbursement.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.

• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible-selling practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial-product sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Good understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.

• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Good knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
