  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features

  • Promote Mahindra models, variants, and accessories

  • Assist customers with finance, insurance, and documentation

  • Follow up on leads (walk-ins, digital, referrals)

  • Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets

  • Maintain CRM and customer database

  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat & referral business
