Sales Executive

  ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Sales Associate at Bajaj Finance Limited, you will be deployed at Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road, Bengaluru. You will act as the key point of contact for patients and their attendees, offering them the benefit of No Cost EMI financing to ease their medical expenses. This is a high-energy, target-driven role ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 ➤    Identify and approach doctor assistants, cash patients, and patient attendants within the hospital premises.

➤    Proactively pitch the Bajaj Finance No Cost EMI product to eligible patients and their families.

➤    Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of the No Cost EMI product in a simple, patient-friendly manner.

➤    Collect required documents and process loan/EMI applications end-to-end.

➤    Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.

➤    Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and daily activities.

➤    Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff to ensure a steady referral pipeline.

➤    Ensure full compliance with Bajaj Finance's internal policies, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines.
