About the Role:
Babai Tiffins is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Sales Executives to join our growing QSR chain that specializes in authentic Andhra vegetarian cuisine. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about food and eager to kickstart their career in the F&B industry. You'll be the face of the brand, interacting directly with customers and supporting sales growth at the outlet level.
This is not a desk job. We're looking for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, actively engaging with guests, and making their experience memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with walk-in customers and explain product offerings confidently.
Promote daily combos, specials, and key products to drive sales.
Handle basic customer queries with a positive and helpful attitude.
Understand food products thoroughly to provide accurate recommendations.
Support outlet operations by managing customer flow efficiently.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the operations team.
Assist with promotional activities and product sampling drives, if needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of South Indian food products is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills – Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi is a plus.
Must be active, energetic, and enjoy customer-facing roles.
Should be reliable and punctual.
Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
