We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Software Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to generate sales through calls, online meetings, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Contact assigned leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.

Understand customer requirements and identify their business needs.

Present and explain software features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.

Conduct online product demonstrations via Google Meet, Zoom, or other platforms.

Build strong relationships with prospective customers and address their queries effectively.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into paying customers.

Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.

Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Experience in software, SaaS, IT, or service sales.

Ability to conduct online product demonstrations confidently.

Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development.

Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Hindi and English is mandatory; Gujarati will be an added advantage.
