· Request customers to sit and offer them Water/ Coffee/ Tea to make sure that they are comfortable.

§ E - End with thanks and invitation to visit again
· As per the customer requirement show all the products and explain clearly about the products to the customer. (Note: Show 1 or 2 trays at a time to one customer and make sure that the counting is uniform)
· After attending to their requirements also show the latest arrivals and take their feedback.
· Upselling of weight, cross selling and fancier products with higher wastage is highly recommended.
· If the products are not available at the branch, then take a Skype call with other branches and show the products (or) Show E-Catalogue (or) Take an order after discussing with the Floor Manager.
· To focus and promote Jewellery Saving schemes
· Tell about the current offers running in the showroom and create interest to purchase.
· Once the product is selected by the Customer, take a quotation of the product and explain the details in the quotation and guide them for billing.
· Educate the customer in Product Handling, Packing after using the products, etc.,
· Should inform to all the Gold Purchase customers about our “Historical Low wastage”, “BIS hallmarking”, “Best Finishing”, & “No Gold rate for Stone”.
· Should inform all customers about “100% Silver Hallmark” and “No wastage & Making charges”,
· To promote Diamond sales and inform all customers about “100% Money Back Guarantee”, and “IGI Certification”.
· Create an interest to purchase again and again by showing the latest varieties after their purchase.
· Say Thank you, Visit again with a Pleasant smile & make sure that the customer is fully satisfied.
· Note:
o To be very cautious on customers handling the products to avoid damages.
o To alarm Salesman/ Floor Manager / Branch manager if any doubts on customer type of thieves.
