Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients within the manufacturing/industrial sector.

• Conduct field visits to customer sites to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

• Prepare and present quotations, technical/product information, and proposals.

• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4–6 years of field sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial product company.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical sales is a plus.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Valid driving license.
