Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Honda two-wheelers by understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth sales process while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements
Explain features, specifications, pricing, and offers of Honda bikes and scooters
Arrange and assist customers with test rides
Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales
Maintain customer follow-ups and build long-term relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and incentives
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and documentation processes
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and explain post-sales services
Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper vehicle display
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/customer records
