Sales Executive

The Sales Executive – Two Wheeler Division is responsible for generating sales, engaging walk‑in customers, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving monthly targets. The role demands strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer‑first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement — Greet walk‑ins, understand their requirements, and guide them through suitable models

walk‑in Product Demonstration — Explain features, variants, mileage, service intervals, and pricing.

Test Ride Coordination — Arrange safe and smooth test rides, ensure proper documentation.

Sales Conversion — Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly targets.

Documentation Handling — Manage booking forms, finance papers, insurance, and delivery documents.

Finance & Insurance Coordination — Assist customers with loan options, EMI plans, and insurance selection.

Follow‑ups — Contact leads, nurture prospects, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Delivery Management — Ensure timely delivery, vehicle readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence — Track competitor pricing, offers, and new launches.

After‑Sales Support — Guide customers on service schedules and handle basic complaints.

Required Skills & Competencies:
