1. Sales and Customer Service:

Sell domestic and international travel packages, air tickets, hotel bookings, cruises, and other travel-related services.

Understand clients' travel needs and provide customized recommendations.

Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or walk-in customers professionally and promptly.

Provide detailed information on travel itineraries, destinations, pricing, and visa requirements.

2. Lead Conversion:

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or online inquiries.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Upsell services like travel insurance, excursions, and premium options.

3. Booking and Coordination:

Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport services.

Ensure accuracy in reservation details and timely delivery of travel documents.

Handle cancellations, changes, and special requests from clients.

4. Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Handle post-sale queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Develop partnerships with travel vendors, tourism boards, and local agents.

5. Product Knowledge and Research:

Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, airline promotions, and entry requirements.

Maintain a strong knowledge of travel products and competitor offerings.

Provide insights and suggestions to management on improving services or introducing new travel products.

6. Reporting and Targets:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the manager.

Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and customer history.
