Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the counter is well-organized.

• Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions accurately.

• Maintain product knowledge and communicate promotions effectively.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

• Follow hygiene and store operational standards.

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply.

• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, confectionery, gifting, or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a passion for sales.

• Well-groomed and presentable personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Basic computer and billing system knowledge will be an added advantage.
