Make outbound calls to customers for sales follow-ups, inquiries, and offers
Handle and manage walk-in customers at the bike showroom
Explain bike models, features, pricing, finance, and exchange options
Maintain and update lead data from calls, walk-ins, and online sources
Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales
Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for smooth booking and delivery
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales reports
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of bikes and interest in two-wheelers
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and walk-in handling
Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel preferred)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
