Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for:
Sales follow-ups
Test ride confirmations
Service due reminders
Insurance renewal reminders
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries politely.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details in CRM/DMS.
Follow up with leads generated from showroom walk-ins, online inquiries, and campaigns.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer appointments.
Ensure timely reminders for service, insurance, and feedback calls.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned by management.
