Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and handle showroom walk-in customers professionally

  • Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, and finance options

  • Generate and follow up on leads (walk-in, telephonic, online)

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

  • Maintain proper customer follow-up and call validation

  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams

  • Ensure accurate customer data entry in CRM / Google Sheets

  • Support vehicle delivery process and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / 12th pass (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (2-wheeler preferred)

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer-focused and presentable personality

  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel

  • Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
