Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in customers at the Kawasaki showroom.

  • Generate leads through calling, references, and follow-ups.

  • Explain Kawasaki bike features, pricing, finance, and insurance options.

  • Conduct test ride coordination and product demonstrations.

  • Maintain customer data and follow-ups in CRM/DMS system.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.

  • Ensure proper documentation for bookings and deliveries.

  • Support showroom activities, promotions, and events.

  • Provide post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
