Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to promote and sell credit cards over the phone. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator who can handle high call volumes and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.

• Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility requirements clearly and convincingly.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, or SMS.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth application processing.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
