Job Summary:
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be the face of the brand—responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling, product knowledge, and service excellence. You will help customers make confident fashion choices while meeting and exceeding sales and store targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
· Understand customer preferences, body types, and fashion trends to provide styling advice.
· Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling.
· Maintain strong product knowledge—fabric types, fits, and brand stories—to enhance the shopping experience.
· Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and display standards are maintained at all times.
· Support in replenishment, stock management, and daily store operations.
· Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
· Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
· Stay updated with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor offerings.
