Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into active clients.

  •  Identify and explore new lead generation channels—both online and offline.

  •  Lead and execute offline sales campaigns, community activations, and local partnerships.

  •  Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel with a consultative and empathetic approach.

  •  Understand customer needs and recommend personalized fitness and wellness packages.

  •  Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.

  •  Maintain accurate records and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  •  1+ years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of lead conversion.

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  •  Hands-on experience in creating structured sales pipelines.

  •  Confident in cold calling, upselling, and long-term relationship building.

  •  Mandatory: Prior experience or deep understanding of the fitness and wellness industry.
