Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant tenders from government portals, CSR opportunities, GEM portal, private organizations, and other procurement platforms.
Prepare and submit tenders, EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, and related bid documents for:
Skill Development Projects
CSR Projects
Staffing & Manpower Services
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents, certifications, technical details, pricing, and compliance information.
Ensure accurate preparation of technical and financial proposals as per tender requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all tender submissions, agreements, and correspondence.
Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely completion and submission within stipulated timelines.
Handle online tender submissions through portals such as GEM, CPPP, state portals, and private procurement systems.
Prepare presentations, company profiles, declarations, affidavits, and supporting documents required for tender participation.
Track tender status, bid results, clarifications, and follow-up communications.
Maintain updated records of company registrations, certifications, EMDs, MSME certificates, GST, PAN, and other statutory documents.
Coordinate with management for approvals and bid strategy discussions.
Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of tendering and procurement processes.
Experience in GEM portal and government tender platforms preferred.
Good documentation and drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
