Sales Executive
Job Description:-
Responsible for driving revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Lead generation, product presentations, negotiation, and customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:-
· Prospect for new clients by Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc. and generate leads using various channels
· Successfully closing deals and securing new business.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to gain trust, ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
· Deliver compelling product presentations, highlighting their benefits and addressing the concerns, prepare proposals and customized quotations based on client requirements.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities, handle pricing, contract negotiations, and terms of sale to finalize sales agreements and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
· Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
· A deep understanding of the products being sold, including their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors, understanding the sales process, using CRM software and managing client relationships
Job Requirements:-
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive speaking style to clearly and effectively conveying information and active listening to clients, building rapport for connecting with prospects and closing deals.
· Able to represent the company at industry events to expand network and promote offerings.
· Able to negotiate deals, persuade clients to buy, and close sales effectively.
· Able to work with marketing team, customer success, and other teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
· Able to manage time effectively, planning daily tasks, follow-ups, and appointments, managing multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining accuracy in managing sales records.
· Able to handle rejections professionally and maintain motivation, quick to adjust sales tactics and sales strategies based on customer responses, needs and personalities.
· Able to quickly learn and retain detailed product or service information to effectively present products features and benefits in a clear and confident tone.
Preferred:-
· 1–2 years of prior experience in B2B sales or similar roles.
· Organized and punctual in all communications and reporting.
· Knowledge of soft wares like Microsoft office Suite, Google sheets, etc. and comfortable using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and record sales data.
· Can type and enter data quickly and accurately and maintain up-to-date records of all sales related data.
