Sales Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Commercial Sales Specialist to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales or commercial real estate, with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the local market. This role is crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, driving commercial leasing/sales transactions, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage commercial sales/leasing opportunities in Pune and surrounding areas

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial property solutions

• Conduct property visits, market surveys, and site inspections

• Negotiate terms of lease/sale and prepare relevant documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams for lead generation and client servicing

• Maintain an updated database of inventory and market trends

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management
