Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our online sales team in Bangalore. The role involves engaging with high-potential leads generated through online masterclass and other online events to drive enrollments for our training programs. This position is ideal for freshers passionate about sales, with excellent communication skills, and eager to grow in the online learning industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Experience in Training sales conversation will be ideal.
• Lead Conversion: Engage with leads generated through online masterclass and other online marketing channels to promote and sell training courses.
• Consultative Sales: Understand each prospect’s learning needs and recommend appropriate courses to meet their goals.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential students to guide them through the enrollment process.
• Online Sales Processes: Manage sales activities using online communication tools (phone, email, chat, and social media).
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
• CRM Management: Record all interactions and maintain lead information in CRM systems.
• Feedback Collection: Obtain feedback from enrolled students to help improve the sales process and courses.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence and convince potential students.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with online sales tools and CRM software.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
