Job Overview

Akshara Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Kiosk Sales Executives to promote and sell the company's products through stalls and kiosks at designated locations. The candidate will be responsible for setting up stalls, engaging with customers, promoting products, conducting sales activities, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and manage sales stalls or kiosks at locations assigned by the company.

• Promote and sell company products, including millets, oat milk, pooja products, soaps, and other product ranges.

• Interact with customers, explain product features and benefits, and encourage purchases.

• Conduct promotional activities and participate in local events to attract potential customers.

• Maintain product displays, stock availability, and cleanliness of the stall.

• Handle customer queries and maintain daily sales records.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic sales, marketing, and customer-handling abilities.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable approaching customers.

• Willingness to work at company-assigned locations and manage stalls independently.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in retail sales, kiosk sales, or field sales is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹3 LPA).
