JOB DESCRIPTION [ Sales D epartment ] Job Title: Sales Executive /Associate/Manager Location: Logix Technova, Sector 132 , Noida Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full - Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results - driven Real Estate Sales Executive /Manager to join our team. The ideal cand idate will be responsible for proper fol low up of leads, generating client meetings , managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment. Key Responsibilities : ✔ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers. ✔ Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Understand clients’ property requir ements and provide suitable options. Build and maintain long - term relationships with clients. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. ✔ Sales & Closing Deals: Present property features, pricing, and financing options to clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Assist clients with legal documentation, agreements, and loan processes. ✔ Marketing & Promotion: Post property listings on social media and real estate platforms. Participate in promotional events and ma rketing campaigns. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation strategies. ✔ Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitive offerings. Provide insights on customer demands and market c hanges. ✔ Repor ting & Maintaining report : Mainta in records o f sales, inquiries . Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Educational Qualification: /Gr 10+2 aduation (In sales/marketing area will be beneficiar y) ✅ Experience: 1 - 3 years in real estate sales or a similar sales role ( freshers with strong sales skills can apply) . ✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & local la nguage . ✅ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals effectively . ✅ Technology Skills: WhatsApp bulk messaging, MS Excel, and email marketing . ✅ Presentation & Public Speaking: Confidence in conducting property t ours and sales pitches . ✅ Time Management & Resilience: Ability to manage multiple clients and follow - ups.
