About the Role

Be’n'Styl is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Coordinator to promote and sell our range of professional beauty products to beauty salons, parlours and skincare professionals across Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with salon owners, introducing our product range, generating orders and expanding the brand's presence in the salon and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit beauty salons, beauty parlours and skincare clinics across Pune to introduce Be’n'Styl products.

2. Promote and sell the company's range of professional beauty products.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and beauticians.

4. Explain product features, benefits, pricing and usage to potential customers.

5. Generate new leads and convert potential salons into regular customers.

6. Follow up with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.

7. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

8. Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

9. Coordinate with the company for product availability, order placement and delivery.

10. Maintain records of salon visits, customer details and sales orders.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Interest in the beauty, skincare and cosmetics industry.

• Experience in field sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare or salon products, will be an advantage.

• Ability to independently visit salons across Pune.

• Must be confident in approaching new customers and building business relationships.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp for order coordination.

• Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
