Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through calls and other business channels.
Conduct regular client follow-ups• to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Address client queries and provide timely and appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and follow-ups using CRM/Excel.
Prepare basic proposals, quotations, presentations, and pre-sales documents.
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all active opportunities.
Collect client feedback and share relevant information with the sales and management teams.
Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue objectives.
