Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our shipping agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our shipping and logistics services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients in the shipping/logistics sector
Promote and sell sea freight, and related services
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Logistics)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of shipping terms and global trade practices
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
